These terms govern your use of www.clippingpathmasterly.com and all professional photo editing services provided by Clipping Path Masterly. By submitting sample images, requesting quotes, or placing production orders, you accept these terms in full.
1. Services & Deliverables
We deliver handcrafted digital photo editing services including vector clipping paths, multi-path layers, alpha channel masking, ghost mannequin compositing, photo retouching, and shadow synthesis. All turnaround times, file formats, and pricing are confirmed prior to project execution.
2. Free Sample Trial Policy
Free sample edits are offered exclusively to prospective commercial clients to evaluate our craftsmanship (maximum 2 images per client). There is no obligation to purchase a paid subscription or order upon receiving your sample files.
3. Image Ownership & Copyright Warranty
You represent and warrant that you hold full legal rights or explicit authorization to submit the photography assets provided to us for post-production editing. We claim zero copyright, licensing, or intellectual property rights over any client images.
4. Quality Guarantee & Free Unlimited Revisions
If any delivered file deviates from the specifications provided in your order or style guide, we provide 100% free revisions. Revision requests should be submitted within 14 days of file delivery with specific adjustment notes.
5. Confidentiality & Mutual NDA
All client photography, prototype images, and business data are treated with strict confidentiality. Assets are processed on encrypted workstations and are never published, shared, or licensed without written consent. A mutual NDA is executed upon request.
6. Payment & Invoicing
Payment terms are established per client profile (credit card, bank wire, PayPal, or net-15/net-30 corporate invoicing for recurring enterprise accounts). Invoices must be settled within the agreed timeframe.
