Clipping Path Masterly ("we," "us," "our") is dedicated to protecting client privacy and digital asset security. This policy outlines how information and photography files are collected, managed, and safeguarded.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact & Account Details: Name, corporate email address, business name, project requirements, and communication logs submitted via trial and quote forms.
- Client Photography Assets: RAW, TIFF, PSD, and JPEG image files uploaded for free trials or production orders.
- Anonymized Analytics: Non-personally identifiable telemetry (device type, screen resolution, referrers) to optimize website performance.
2. Asset Security & Confidentiality Guarantee
We implement bank-grade encryption for all file transfers. Client images are stored in secure, isolated directories accessible only by assigned production artists and quality control leads. We never sell, lease, or distribute client photography, and we do not feature client images in marketing materials without prior written approval.
3. Data Retention & Permanent Deletion
Source files and completed deliverables are backed up on secure storage for 30 days to facilitate revision requests and project re-downloads. After this period, files are permanently purged from production servers upon client request.
4. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
We regularly execute bilateral NDAs for pre-release product launches, confidential prototypes, and white-label agency partnerships prior to file transmission.
